One Odyssey ends…
Ieri, 14 luglio, was our travel day back to Los Angeles. It is surreal to leave a country halfway across the world at 9:00 am and arrive 12:30 pm on the same day back in the United States. This flight was the conclusion to my Italian Odyssey, but not an end. This experience was an extended, adventurous trip and an intellectual quest that I have enjoyed sharing with you. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity and hope to share future adventures with you. I thank my partner, Gamaliel (Gama, Cubo, Poopsie, Babe etc. ), for wanting to celebrate his 50th birthday in Tuscany. I thank my best friend, Erin, for sharing this platform with me and encouraging me to express my creative side. I thank Rebecca for being my pioneer in this space, sharing her artwork and deep, personal reflection through this platform. Her posts pushed, and will continue to push my reflection. I encourage everyone to subscribe to her channel. Her artwork blows my mind in the most positive and introspective ways. I thank our travel partners, Ampelia, John, George, Maya, and Heather for joining us on this amazing trip and making it such a special and memorable experience for Gamaliel and me.
